The Cheesecake Factory

Slowly but surely, I am losing my confidence in the Cheesecake Factory restaurants. The food was okay this time but last the food had very little flavor. The last 2 of these visits, the floor and table top smelled as if someone wiped it down with a sour rag/mop, while the last visit included a filthy bathroom.

Food here is prepared and presented perfectly. Much better than other locations. Service was a little slow to seat and take order. Once order was given, everyone was attentive.

Me and my wife and two kids were there this morning. My burger was told to just have bbq and crispy onion and came with mayo and lettuce too after being reassured by our server that I would be fine. I asked to have it remade only to make it to go because I have a 6 month old and dont have much time. I just got home and my burger did not have crispy onions and had bbq all over it from poor packaging. I womt eat here again

Very nice atmosphere. Very good food, the best dessert!! Expensive, but to be expected. I thought the bathroom was to small!

My favorite place! The lemon meringue cheesecake is soo good! My favorite of all!

Huge menu and everything I have tried on it has been great. Even the create your own omelet I had made me happy!! Obviously the main draw is the huge piece of amazing cheesecake chosen from what seems like 100 choices. My fave is the Oreo one. This location is always clean and the wait is typical for the location.

Great! Food great! Our waitress was very friendly and prompt and accurate with our order! Sorry don't remember her name but she was great! She recommended a drink and I loved it. Georgia Peach! Yum

Tasty food, friendly staff and of course cheesecake...need I say anymore!

The food wasn't all that great, the floors were slick - even though I wear no slip shoes, and 3 people in our party felt sick after eating. Super busy, 30 min wait. The restroom is downstairs with no sign or indication. Bathrooms messy. Will not go back. Waitress seemed tired and like she didn't want to be there, and wouldn't listen. Forced 20% gratuity. Was $109 for 4 people - overpriced.

Always great food and awesome service. Very convenient shopping next door.

This is one of the smaller cheesecake factories that I've been to but their service was amazing. They were very accommodating for us (a family with two small children, one of whom is still learning the fine art of holding still in a restaurant.)

10/19/2019Atmosphere was awesome, from the time I entered the door everyone of the staff greeted my party with a warm smile and was extremely helpful.The food was delicious, I ordered the Jamaican Chicken and Shrimp.My waitress Demi was amazing and made my visit to Cheesecake Factory absolutely enjoyable.It's been a while since I visited Cheesecake Factory, but I will definitely be back.

Johnathan the manager refused to replace our order. This "black thing" is NOT FOOD. It a piece of bug or garbage. We spent over $70 on food and nobody was able to eat due to this piece of bug in the food. This is not right and not fair. You'd expect better treatment from a large expensive restaurant.

Waiter was nice and friendly. We only went for dessert. Super good. The restrooms were a complete mess, the tampon/pad machine was not working and it didn't even have a sign that they were not working. I asked one of the bus girls for help with the machine and she very kindly gave me a pad from her purse.

Cheesecake Factory is my new favorite restaurant! Fran, my server, was excellent! I had the Louisiana Chicken Pasta, 2 sides of the fried macaroni and cheese, a strawberry lemonade, and a slice of strawberry cheesecake! I shall return!

Came here to celebrate a birthday and the food was great, the staff were very friendly but one thing I dislike but is probably not their fault was the lighting it was toooo dark. Overall a good experience just go during the day time.

Burger not cooked correctly. Asked medium rare, but I received a red and cold interior. Not impressed. Find a better restaurant to dine in.

The menu is expansive, with options for everyone! I’ll admit, it gets intimidating at first trying to decide what to order, but its no biggie. I always gravitate towards the Chicken Madeira or a pasta dish. Service has been great on all my visits here!

I remember the cheesecake factory being better but this one was not worth it at all. The service wasn't great and the food took forever when it wasn't that busy. The only thing worth mentioning was the cheesecake. But why sit through a mediocre meal just for the dessert to be the best part? Won't be coming back unless it's specifically for cheesecake.

Haven't been in some years. Revisiting it was a good experience. Service was great food was hot and delicious. The fried zucchini with ranch was 🔥. After the appetizer I order the New York grilled steak with mash potatoes and green beans. The meal was good. For dessert I had to order a cheesecake. After all we're at the cheesecake factory rite? I went with the vanilla bean cheesecake and it was 🔥

Always love Cheescake factory. This one in Galleria Mall in Houston was very nice. Amazing service and quick time to serve.We loved the Lemon Meringue Cheesecake that we ordered.

Food here is tasty, servers were also friendly. The wait time to be seated was way too long! The time it took to get our order could not have bee longer! I get that it was full but most restaurants do NOT take that long, even on a packed night!

had the mac n cheese burger, very filling, daughter had tomato basil pasta w grilled chicken, nice flavor w lots of tomato chunks in sauce, complimentary breads are both good, the upstairs view of other buildings made for nice ambience.

We very much enjoy dining at this Cheesecake Factory. However, we ordered two entrees and hired Doordash for a total cost of $60. We did not receive the sides and called the store immediately after delivery to try to receive the food. We spoke to three different people and finally hung up after being placed on hold for over 20 minutes. My advice is to go in-person to dine and not to order take out.

Took an HOUR for the food from time we ordered. The poke bowl has mayo sauce (describes poke bowl, then after white rice or salad part mentions the sauce, I thought it was dressing) I ask for it to be redone if they can do in timely manner. I'm assured it can, 10 min later still not ready. Ask for manager, takes him 7min to come to me. The poke bowl gets brought to me a min before. It's mainly rice, The tuna is in a tiny to go cup, like for condiments... In the meantime I am running late for my bridal appointment. I said screw it and paid for it all of it. And tipped. The waitress was nice and kept our waters filled. One hamburger was raw. In the end I left the poke bowl and bringing my dogs the burger. They WERE NOT busy. At all.

Murals to a winding staircase, you'd almost forget your in the middle of the city. It has its peak hours, but it add laughter to the ambience. The menu is always overwhelming. Have patience and look at the menu prior to going to have an idea of what to order.

Quality of food has gone down compared to how it used to be a decade ago, and prices are way too high for what's expected. Our recent visit left us wishing for something else, place not recommended unless they start cutting prices in half.

The ambiance was Fire along with the Hostess and Servers but some of the guests need to humble themselves while dining. Be a human being

The food and coffee was tasty! Like the interiors, for Houston its pretty decent. Now about what was wrong with it. We came in party of 5. In first floor there was nobody, we was waited there good few minutes until somebody finally told us to go upstairs, than we was waited for our table about 10 min. In whole restaurant they put forks and spoons right on dirty tables!!!! I never saw it anywhere, this is totally unacceptable! How come that they don’t know how to serve a table. Oh and we waited for our coffee good 20-30 minutes. Toilet also was filthy!

We went for lunch at CheeseCake Factory by the Galleria. We are regular guest and have dined nearly all around the world at Cheesecake Factory. By far the worst experience ever. After waiting for 45 min for the food. We called the manager name “Justin”. He came and apologized and disappeared. 15 min later the food came, manager never showed up to check on us; but he offered “one piece of desert” for total of 3 people. We told the waiter this is absolutely ridiculous after 1 hour waiting you only can offer one piece of cake. This is absolutely the worst restaurant experience. Worst manager ever met!!! This is not what we are accustomed from cheesecake experience!!!!

Food great as always. Order what ever sounds good and servers are patient in case you have any questions about the food.

The food was okay but the service was lacking in many aspects. I had to ask our waitress twice for bread then ask another server for water. Location is nice and convenient though.

Highly disappointing experience! Ordered to go and realized as soon as I ordered it something was incorrect.. I immediately called and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes... had to hang up and call again.. another extended hold time only to be told that the appetizer had "already been made" but if I wanted to pay more they would make the item I wanted. No thank you especially with that attitude. Hope my business was worth an appetizer!

After an evening of shopping, we decided to stop in to The Cheesecake Factory for dessert. The service was excellent from the hostess to our waiter. Our waiter was very friendly, attentive, and responsive. We ordered the original cheesecake with fresh strawberries, chocolate mousse cheesecake, Oreo cookie cheesecake, and strawberry shortcake. We enjoyed the service and desserts. The only downside to this place is that it is tooooooo loud.

Enjoyed my burger and fries. Made to Cheesecake Factory level. And of the cheesecake was so fabulous.

The Cheesecake Factory is almost an American Value, present ubiquitously and delivering reliable quality and value for money. A very large menu, not necessarily a good thing, but the food is always good (rarely great though). Apart from a myriad of cooked food options, they also have their signature cakes which are larger than life. Overall a safe bet when traveling or taking out the family.
